Yes. If you have friends or colleagues who work at Wolfspeed, they can submit your information to our employee referral program. Once we receive your information, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your application through the program.

Recruitment Process
Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you with next steps. We usually start with a short phone interview. Next, we may invite you for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one or more team members. This process can vary depending on the job position.
The interview process is designed for us to get to know each other and determine if there is a mutual fit. Be prepared to explain how your education, experiences and achievements relate to the role you’re pursuing at Wolfspeed. Research our company and be prepared to ask us questions, too.
Wear an outfit that makes you feel comfortable and confident about the contributions you can make in the role you’re pursuing.
Your recruiter will help you understand next steps following an interview, including an estimated timeline for when you should hear back with a final decision.
We will let you know if your interview includes a facility tour. Please wear closed toe shoes if you have been invited on a tour.
It’s always a good idea to thank the people who you’ve met and interviewed with during the recruitment process. Ask your interviewers for their contact information, or check with your recruiter about how to send a thank you note.
