Wolfspeed is pleased to announce its new 15-mΩ and 60-mΩ 650V Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, which incorporate the latest C3M™ Silicon Carbide technology to offer the industry’s lowest on-state resistances and switching losses for higher-efficiency and power-dense solutions.
